Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the ZekronAI API and platform. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

✓Permitted uses

  • Building applications and products that generate value for end users

  • Research and academic use with appropriate safeguards

  • Personal productivity tools and automation

  • Content creation, summarization, translation, and editing

  • Code generation, debugging, and explanation

  • Educational tools and tutoring applications

  • Customer support and chatbot applications

  • Data analysis and structured data extraction

✕Prohibited uses

  • Generating content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups

  • Creating CSAM (child sexual abuse material) or other illegal content under any circumstances

  • Generating spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials

  • Attempting to extract, reproduce, or reverse-engineer AI model weights or architecture

  • Sharing or publicly disclosing API keys — keep them secret

  • Bypassing or attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls

  • Using the Service to develop competing API gateway products

  • Generating content that violates the terms of any underlying AI provider

  • Using the Service for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction

  • Automating the creation of fake accounts, fake reviews, or social media manipulation

Enforcement: ZekronAI reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including warning, rate limiting, suspension, or permanent termination of accounts. If you become aware of a violation, please report it to abuse@zekron.tech.
